How Steve Lanning Works
Steve has a policy of staying current with the latest technology, keeping company overhead low, and no sub-contracting from project start to finish remain the cornerstone of his process.
In addition, there are no project managers or lower level staff and therefore no finger pointing for you to worry about. Instead, you will work directly with the owner of the firm, a highly knowledgeable and experienced general contractor who manages every project with full responsibility for the outcome.
To maintain high standards, strict attention to detail is necessary and can be achieved by using only quality manufacturers, a personalized service approach and by having a single person responsible for the outcome. This is why over the years so many clients refer projects to Steve Lanning year in and year out. Bring in your finished plans and your architect and let’s get started.
Reputation & Partners
The Steve Lanning Construction , Inc team gets most of their business by referral. In doing so, they earn the clients trust by listening, educating and assisting while applying the right resources. From their Sonoma office, they continue to use their experience of over 35 years in the family tradition of building high quality steel buildings.
To complete successful projects they consistently and routinely work with owners, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and our design team. In order to meet our client’s goal for each project we only partner with well-known metal building manufactures with years of experience and who are industry leaders in metal building design, manufacturing, and distribution.
